OCA Blast murapakan platform Anda untuk melakukan pengiriman pesan dengan mudah dan banyak. Layanan ini memungkinkan Anda untuk mengirim pesan baik dalam bentuk suara ataupun pesan menggunakan berbagai channel yang sudah kami sediakan.

OCA by Telkom Indonesia kembali mencari kandidat untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut.

Posisi :

1. Product Owner


  1. Defining the vision for the product
  2. Creating a vision-based product roadmap
  3. Working together with a product researcher to create product requirements document
  4. Managing product backiog and prioritizing based on the changing requirements.
  5. Become a squad leader and supervise all stages of production including design and development
  6. Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields
  2. Have a minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Owner.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Technology.
  4. Working knowledge of product development architecture.
  5. Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
  6. Ability to prioritize effectively.
  7. Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  8. Excellent oral and written communication.
  9. Ability to work and lead large teams.
  10. Understanding of design quality standards.

2. Back – End Developer


  1. Develop new Features
  2. Maintain service
  3. Triubleshoot
  4. Code refactoring
  5. Create high availability and reliability service
  6. Improve Code quality


  1. Experience in modern development stack architecture, e.g MVC, Microservices, Web Apis.
  2. Experience with interoperability languages like JSON or XML.
  3. Experience with sql or non sq! database.
  4. Experience with programming language, e.g Nodejs/Go/Java etc.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations.
  6. Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

3. Front – End Developer


  1. Responsible for doing design mackup implementation to html, css and javascript
  2. Responsible for maintaining website and dashboard
  3. Modified existing code
  4. Making a reusable code for future uses
  5. Website optimization


  1. Highly creative, talented and passionate about design, specifically web design.
  2. Passionate for programming.
  3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Angular JS
  4. Interest in UI, UX design, Typography
  5. Understanding of SEO principles
  6. Good interpersonal skills

4. Sales Admin


  1. Order Verification, including customer personal information and purchase details
  2. Maintaining and renewing purchase data and customer data
  3. Monitoring daily revenue
  4. Responsible on supporting sales team in administration from start till end of a project
  5. Processing data of services used by customer
  6. Reporting sales performance


  1. Bachelors degree on Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or any other related major
  2. Have excellent skill in data processing
  3. Familiar with document administration and reporting
  4. Good communication skill
  5. Ability to work under tight deadlines
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advance skill in Excel)

5. Account Executive


  1. Having meeting with clients to discuss about client needs
  2. Present and demonstrate value of OCAs Products to potential clients
  3. Mantaining database of leads contact person
  4. Building a long-term relationship with client team and also internal


  1. Bachelors degree on Business, Management, or others that are related.
  2. Excellent writing skills
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Ability to understand client needs and taking care of the negotiation process
  5. Strong management skills
  6. An enthusiastic and passionate person
  7. Profieciency in Microsoft Office
  8. Tech Savy
  9. Have 1 year experience as a Account Executive is plus point
  10. Fresh Graduates are welcome with open hands

6. Delivery & Operations


  1. Collaborating and planning across departments including Customer Service, Product, Sales Marketing and the costumer
  2. Time planning – schedule and plan projects, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once.
  3. Project plan – manage resources availability, access, security, logistics on multiple projects.
  4. Implement and track against a project plan for successful delivery
  5. Reporting to key internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Customer success – following up projects, ensuring quality and satisfaction.


  1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering Major.
  2. A naturally curious person, love learning new things, and are proactive in sharing knowledge with others.
  3. Fluent in English (both active and passive).
  4. Excellent Communications skills.
  5. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
